When I try to use the app, it says that “I don’t have access to any entries”, what should I do?

This generally happens when the admin who created your User did not grant you access permissions.
To get this resolved:
Contact the admin at the organization you are using Openpath at.
Ask them to check and fix your access permissions.
Avigilon Alta Support cannot make any user / access changes. Only the admins at the Org you are trying to use Openpath at can.
