The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Soft Reset

To soft reset, the ACC, SDC, Video Reader/Intercom Pro, and 4-door Controller, disconnect power from the device, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect the power. 

Hard Reset

WARNING: Only hard reset if instructed by Avigilon Alta Support. This will clear all of the data off of the device and will require reprovisioning with the Admin app or with a laptop.

Note: The Video Reader/Intercom Pro may have a blinking red LED state before getting to solid yellow.

To hard reset the ACC, SDC, or Video Reader/Intercom Pro:

  1. Remove power from the device.

  2. Hold the Admin button and then apply power.

  3. Wait until the status LED turns yellow and then release the button

  4. Wait for it to reboot with its normal color cycle.

To hard reset the 4-door Controller:

  1. Disconnect power from the ACU.

  2. Hold down the ADMIN button for 15 seconds.

  3. While still holding down the ADMIN button, reconnect the power, and continue to hold the button for another 15 seconds. You should see two POWER LEDs light up in the top left corner.

  4. Wait 15 minutes before provisioning the ACU.
