If you need to configure your firewall around OpenpathAvigilon Alta, you can set a static IP address for the controller (ACU). Alternatively, you can use the Open Admin Alta Access app to configure ACUs. See How do I use the Open Admin Alta Access app?

Requirements:

• A laptop or computer with Bluetooth

• Google Chrome

• The ACU must be on the network and have received a DHCP IP address

To set a static IP address:

1. Using Google Chrome, go to https://control.openpath.com/localadmin. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/localadmin
