Device Dashboard Statistics update

New Device Dashboard Icons and Enhancements
The icons were subtly modified to improve usability and accessibility, aligning them with Alta Video as part of our ongoing unification efforts.
Any offline devices float automatically to the top of the feed followed by devices in a warning state to make it easier to see any issue.
Added the ability to filter by Status.
