Troubleshooting the SDC

If at any point the Status LED blinks red, this indicates there is an issue connecting to the Internet. If attempting to set up using Wi-Fi, try switching to an Ethernet connection. Refer to What are the Network Requirements for Avigilon Controllers?

If at any point the Status LED is solid red, this indicates the SDC is in an error state. Go to the Hardware Dashboard in Alta Access and restart the services listed under Remote Diagnostics. If this doesn't work, power cycle the SDC (remove power, wait 10 seconds, and apply power). If the error persists, contact Avigilon Alta support.
