If you need to configure your firewall around Openpath, you can set a static IP address for the controller (ACU). Alternatively, you can use the Open Admin app to configure ACUs. See How do I use the Open Admin app?
Requirements:
A laptop or computer with Bluetooth
Google Chrome
The ACU must be on the network and have received a DHCP IP address
To set a static IP address:
Using Google Chrome, go to https://control.openpath.com/localadmin
Press and hold the ADMIN button on the ACU for 3 seconds
On the ACU Network Configuration page, click Get current network config
Update the address field with a static address
Uncheck DHCP
Click Update network config
