Alta Access (Not Required for Auxiliary Input)
Access Alta Access the Control Center:
Go to Openpath Control Avigilon Alta Access and log in.
For the European Control CenterAlta Access, go to Openpath Control Europe EU Alta Access.
Edit the ACU:
Navigate to Devices > ACUs.
Click on the ACU you want to edit.
Configure the Port:
Go to the Ports tab.
Click on the port next to the input wired to the button (e.g., Contact4).
Select Generic Input from the Input Type dropdown, then click Save.
