If you need to configure your firewall around Avigilon Alta, you can set a static IP address for the controller (ACU). Alternatively, you can use the Open Admin Alta Access app to configure ACUs. See How do I use the Open Admin Alta Access app?

Using Google Chrome, go to https://control.openpath.com/localadmin. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/localadmin
Press the ADMIN button on the Core or Controller Board
On the ACU Network Configuration page, click Get current network config
Update the address field with a static address
Uncheck DHCP
Click Update network config
