Welcome! You can raise a request for Openpath RMA using the options provided.

Allegion RMA Request

-For Allegion RMAs to be approved, you must provide an Allegion Case Number along with your original Purchase Order or Sales Order number.
-RMA requests will be sent to the vendor for approvals
-Once the replacement sent, it is your responsibility to return the defective unit to the vendor.
-Defective units not returned will be invoiced accordingly
