ⓘ All Warranty Replacements are shipped Next Day Air once approved, which only applies to business days. Weekend shipping is not included.
ⓘ Any submissions without a Support PIN or Support Ticket Number will be rejected.
ⓘ Any submissions after 1 pm PST will be processed the next day.
ⓘ Submit each affected/defective product separately.
ⓘ Quantities over 10 will be subject to manager approval.
